We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of items in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note original shipping charges are not refundable.

We don’t accept exchanges, but if your order has arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

The following items can’t be returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Deposits on commissions

Conditions of return

To initiate a return, please send a message to hope@hopesteinle.com. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
